Application and Removal Instructions:

1. Before applying, make sure your skin is clean, dry, and free of moisturizers/perfumes.
2. Apply nipple covers and cut tape to desired length.
3. Position your breasts as desired.
4. Start taping, gradually removing the backing paper as you go. If you misplace a strip, you will have to replace it with a new one or else it wont stick well.
5. Wear the tape for up to 7 hours.
6. To remove, apply lots of oil and allow to soak in for 5 minutes to break down the adhesive. Then gradually peel the tape off very slowly.

Warning of Misuse:

• Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have wounded, irritated, or sunburned skin.
• Do not use this product in prolong sun or heat exposure as this can cause irritation.
• It is not recommended to use this product 2 days in a row.
• Even though Perky boob tape is hypoallergenic, we recommend all Perky lovers with sensitive skin to perform a patch test first. Stick a small piece of boob tape on the breast area. Leave it on for 4 hours then peel it off slowly. If you experience any irritation or redness, discontinue use.
