Gravel Grinder is for cruising at speed and cornering with more confidence in soft and wet conditions. The diamond center tread clears dirt and mud and grips grass and sand while the wide-spaced side knobs hook soft ground for traction and help guide the tire through ruts. The mixed tread offers solid rolling resistance with a bit more cornering grip.

With our vulcanized construction, we start where other tires stop - we utilize ultralight 60TPI nylon casings and superior tread compounds - to give our traditional vulcanized tires excellent ride feel and quality that is more affordable than our handmade offerings.

• Casing - Nylon Superlight 60TPI. Vulcanized Nylon tire casings are the industry standard. Easy to produce and offering excellent durability and high performance at a moderate cost, they are the most common variety of tire available.
• Compound - SMART-V. A specially formulated version of our SMART compound that is adapted to the different construction of vulcanized tires
• Puncture Protection - PPS. Our Puncture Protection System (PPS) is a tough, tightly-woven fabric placed between the tread and casing to increase puncture resistance.
