The Queen has arrived—velvet drama in full-grown elegance

Anthurium Warocqueanum (Queen Anthurium) Medium | Fast EU shipping | Grown with love in the EU

Summary: This medium-sized Queen Anthurium already reveals its signature long, velvety leaves with striking white veins—bringing instant rainforest luxury into your space. A true statement plant for collectors ready to elevate their indoor jungle in European homes.

✨ Why You'll Love the Anthurium Warocqueanum

  • Iconic “Queen Anthurium” with elongated, velvet-textured foliage
  • Larger, more established plant with visible mature leaf development
  • Creates a dramatic vertical focal point in any room
  • Perfect for plant cabinets, bright living rooms, or curated plant displays
  • Pot size: P12
  • Approximate height: 45 cm
  • A premium collector’s plant for serious plant lovers in Germany and across Europe

🌞 Light & Placement

Place your Anthurium Warocqueanum in bright, indirect light to maintain its deep velvet tones and strong venation. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the delicate leaves. Ideal placement includes bright north- or east-facing windows, or a controlled plant cabinet environment in German apartments.

💧 Water & Humidity

Keep the soil lightly moist but never waterlogged. Allow the top layer to dry slightly between waterings. This Queen thrives in high humidity (60–80%), making it perfect for humidifiers or enclosed plant setups—especially during dry European winters with indoor heating.

🪴 Soil & Potting

Use a loose, airy aroid mix with orchid bark, perlite, and sphagnum moss to balance moisture retention and airflow. Good drainage is essential to prevent root rot. Repot only when the root system fills the pot, ideally during the active growing season.

🐾 Toxicity & Safety

Not pet-safe. Like all Anthuriums, this plant contains calcium oxalate crystals and should be kept out of reach of pets and children.

🌱 Growth & Propagation

This medium-sized Anthurium Warocqueanum is already on its way to producing impressively long, pendant leaves that can reach spectacular lengths under optimal conditions. Growth is steady but slow. Propagation is typically done by division once the plant develops multiple growth points.

📆 Seasonal & Special Care

Feed monthly during spring and summer with a diluted fertiliser to support leaf development. In autumn and winter, reduce watering and feeding as growth slows in lower light conditions common across Europe. Maintain stable warmth and avoid cold drafts—this species is sensitive to temperature fluctuations.

🐛 Common Issues

  • Crispy edges or browning: often caused by low humidity or inconsistent watering
  • Yellowing leaves: can indicate overwatering or poor drainage
  • Leaf damage: velvet leaves are delicate—avoid touching or brushing against them
  • Pests: susceptible to spider mites and thrips in dry indoor air
  • Root rot: prevent with well-draining soil and careful watering

🧬 Botanical Background

Anthurium warocqueanum, native to the rainforests of Colombia, is one of the most coveted species in the Araceae family. Its nickname, “Queen Anthurium,” reflects its regal presence, defined by elongated, velvety leaves and bold white venation. A true icon in the world of rare houseplants.

Works well.
Pattern Name: New Version, Color: Black
I like this mouse but, I gave a 5 star because it is almost impossible to turn on and off. I understand having the on off button recessed but, give it some room around it so the tip of a fingernail can get to it, that being said, I would buy this again. The battery life is long but, in my world to leave something on that has a battery and not being used does not make sense. I do recommend it in the end, works well with my HP computer.

Comes with Battery!
Pattern Name: New Version, Color: Silver
The HP X3000 G3 Wireless Mouse (Silver) is a dependable, easygoing everyday mouse that delivers solid value for its price. It’s lightweight, comfortable to hold, and the side grips make it feel secure during long stretches of use. The scroll wheel moves smoothly, and the 1600 DPI sensor paired with Blue LED tracking keeps navigation accurate on most surfaces. One of its biggest strengths is the battery life, which can last up to 15 months on a single AA battery, making it a great option for travel or anyone who doesn’t want to think about charging. While it’s excellent for general work and browsing, it’s not built for gaming or precision‑heavy tasks, and it doesn’t offer extra buttons or customization features. A few users mention occasional sensitivity quirks, but overall it’s a reliable, no‑fuss mouse that handles everyday tasks with ease.

Dependable, Reliable
Size: 1 Pack, Style: USB Receiver, Color: Swift Grey, Size: 1 Pack, Style: USB Receiver, Color: Swift Grey
As advertised. Logitech, best mouse for your hard-earned cheddar! It’s not that the (years) old Logitech mouse failed in any operational way, it just got that gummy, sticky surface texture that’s impossible to remove. While shopping for a replacement I noticed an off-brand mouse/keyboard combo and thought, “hey, 2 for 1”…mistake. All was well for about three weeks, long enough that when the gremlins arrived I didn’t immediately associate the new hardware. For the purposes of this discussion, gentle reader, know that I run legacy (what I affectionately refer to as, “Lazarus”) builds. Rigs that started life running Windows Vista/7, died, and that now, resurrected, run 10 and 11, and all that that implies. So, when a mouse started stuttering, of course I thought it was a gremlin in the machine, right? I spent more days than I am comfortable sharing with you pouring over processes and background apps, and registry trims…before Accam’s Razor suggested I eliminate the mouse as a variable. Changing the battery was ineffective, but when I swapped in the ooold Logitech…Yahtzee/Bingo/Booyah…smooth and precise…butter! All I needed was a new Logitech mouse. So, if you’re here you likely are having mouse issues of your own, or you just need one that works…this is it! 😉
